Sickness, allergies and medication

Occasionally a child may become unwell at nursery.  If the child develops a temperature we will give mum or dad a ring to explain about the temperature and ask permission to give paracetamol.  We keep parents fully informed and ask that they give us a ring about an hour later to see how their child is.  Usually after an hour or so the paracetamol has done the trick.

However, if we are concerned we will ask that the little one be collected and perhaps checked out at the health centre.
